• Roxie’s Quick & Easy French Onion Dip

Roxie’s Quick and Easy French Onion Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup Shamrock Farms Light Sour Cream

1 cup lowfat mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder

1 tablespoon dried onion flakes

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve with potato chips or fresh vegetables.

 

Cool Lime Guacamole Burgers & Dogs

Ingredients:

1 – 16-ounce container Shamrock Farms Sour Cream

2 large or 3 medium avocados, halved, with pits removed

1 regular or 2 small limes, juiced

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

hot pepper sauce

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

salt (optional)

8-10 hamburgers and hot dogs

 

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mash avocados until almost smooth, add freshly squeezed lime juice and mix well. Add seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper and a few dashes of hot pepper sauce, mix well. Add Shamrock Farms Sour Cream and combine until smooth. Season with salt to taste. Chill for at least an hour.

Grill hamburgers and hot dogs. Top with Cool Lime Guacamole. Serves 8-10.
